Job Description

Role: Customer Care Associate (US Process)

As a Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, resolving queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be working with customers in the US market, providing support and resolving issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer queries and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing professional and courteous service.

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Analytical and logical thinking to solve customer queries and issues.
  • Comfortable working 5 days rotational shifts/day off.

Training & Work Model

Candidates will undergo a one-month office-based training in Moti Nagar, Delhi. After successful completion of the training, you will transition to a permanent Work From Home (WFH) model.
