Job Descriptions
Production Injectable
Expertise in compounding & filling, aseptic operation, and troubleshooting equipment. Operators: Vial Washing, Vial Filling, Lyophilize, cleaning & filling operators.
Production OSD
Operators: Operating equipment of Compression, Granulation, Coating, and Capsule filling.
QA – IPQA Injectable
Strong knowledge of IPQA practices & manufacturing processes. Giving line clearance at all stages of operations as per SOP/BPCR. Expertise in regulatory guidelines (GMP, GDP). Experience in process validation & batch documentation.
Microbiology
Strong knowledge of microbiology, sterility assurance, and regulatory requirements. Experience with microbiological testing, including sterility testing, bioburden analysis, and endotoxin testing. Familiarity with cleanroom operations, environmental monitoring, and risk assessment.
Qualifications & Experience
- Production Injectable: M.Pharm, B.Pharm, M.Sc, Diploma, ITI (3-8 years experience)
- Production OSD: Diploma, Any Graduation (3-8 years experience)
- QA – IPQA Injectable: M.Pharm, B.Pharm, M.Sc (3-8 years experience)
- Microbiology: M.Pharm, B.Pharm, M.Sc (3-8 years experience)
