Position: QA Executive – Cleaning Validation
Experience: 1 to 6 Years
Qualification:
M.Sc / B.Sc
M.Pharm / B.Pharm
✅ Roles & Responsibilities
Understand and implement cleaning validation protocols as per current regulations
Prepare validation matrices, master plans, and reports
Execute worst-case identification using MACO, solubility, and surface area calculation
Perform swab sampling and rinse sampling
Knowledge of DEHT/CEHT and campaign cleaning is essential
Conduct visual inspections of direct and indirect contact parts
