As a Bioanalytical Trainee Research Associate, you’ll receive structured training in GLP-compliant bioanalytical techniques including HPLC, LC-MS, and method validation. This role provides practical exposure and growth in pharmacokinetics (PK) and quality control.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
✅ Quality Control: Supervise ongoing lab activities and ensure GLP & SOP compliance
✅ Data Verification: Review chromatograms, raw data, and method validation files
✅ Equipment Handling: Perform calibration checks for pipettes and lab tools
✅ Laboratory Hygiene: Maintain cleanliness, monitor temperatures, and manage waste disposal
✅ Documentation: Maintain lab logbooks, SOPs, and training records
✅ Glassware Validation: Ensure accuracy and hygiene in all glassware used
