Plan and execute experiments using:
SDS-PAGE
ELISA (HCP, PAL)
Cell-based assays
RT-PCR
5. ASAT – Biosimilar
Responsibilities include:
Analytical method transfers and validations
Real-time investigations
Annual method performance
Addressing regulatory queries
6. Quality Control Associate – Analytical
Perform QC analytical testing for Biosimilars/Biologics products.
Techniques include:
RP-HPLC
Glycan analysis
SEC, IEX, Pep Map chromatography
7. Quality Assurance Associate – Environmental Monitoring (AUM)
Responsible for:
Environmental monitoring and trend preparation
Cleanroom & process gases monitoring
Gowning qualification and personnel qualification
8. Quality Control – RM/PM (Raw Material/Packaging Material)
Work in material analytics labs.
Ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
Perform analytical techniques for sample testing and maintain safety standards.
