About the Role
As an HR Service Delivery Associate, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition team, focusing on Workday Recruiting. This role involves providing Tier 2 customer support, ensuring smooth recruitment processes, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats; log cases accurately in the system.
Provide recruitment support to applicants (new hires, rehires) following defined processes.
Assist customers with navigating self-service portals.
Conduct security verifications per company policies and GDPR guidelines.
Place outbound calls when necessary, adhering to client/company protocols.
Maintain exceptional data and call quality standards while meeting SLA targets.
Keep process documentation and knowledge bases (DTPs, SharePoint, repositories) updated.
Minimize customer complaints by delivering excellent service and issue resolution.
Collaborate with peers and supervisors through open communication.
Work in shifts aligned with U.S. time zones; flexible weekly rotation (Mon–Fri, Tue–Sat, Wed–Sun).
Skills Required
Technical:
Ticket Tracking Systems (ServiceNow preferred)
ERP Systems
Microsoft Office Suite
Typing speed: 50 WPM
Behavioral & Professional:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer focus with problem-solving abilities
Quick learner with good technical aptitude
Team player with a positive attitude
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications
Prior international BPO experience preferred but not mandatory.
