Job Description
Department: Process R&D
Key Responsibilities
- Handle own experiments and monitor reactions with minimal supervision.
- Conduct lab validation experiments, compile data, and prepare batch/development reports.
- Adhere to online documentation, quality standards, safety standards, and delivery timelines.
- Meet project timelines, RMC (Raw Material Consumption) and quality parameters.
- Maintain GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) and documentation online.
- Handle impurity profiling and in-process controls.
Required Skills
- Good Communication Skills.
- Knowledge of named reactions and reaction mechanisms.
- Knowledge of Spectroscopy, Proton NMR, and Mass Spectrometry.
Qualifications & Experience
- MSc in Organic Chemistry.
- 2 to 6 years of relevant experience.
