Position Overview – HR Executive/Manager (Male, 4–6 Years’ Experience)

We are currently looking for a Male HR candidate with 4–6 years of professional experience in the field of Human Resource Management. The candidate should have prior exposure to manufacturing setups or factory operations, with expertise in managing HR policies, compliance, employee relations, talent acquisition, and training & development.

The position demands an energetic and proactive professional who can align with the company’s vision while building strong people processes.


Key Responsibilities of the HR Role

As part of our HR team, the selected candidate will play a vital role in managing end-to-end HR functions. The responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition

  • Managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding.

  • Partnering with department heads to understand manpower requirements.

  • Using innovative methods such as employee referrals, online platforms, and campus hiring to attract top talent.

2. Employee Engagement and Retention

  • Creating and implementing employee engagement programs to boost morale and productivity.

3. HR Policy Implementation and Compliance

  • Ensuring compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.

  • Drafting and updating HR policies as per legal standards and organizational needs.

  • Coordinating with external consultants for statutory audits.

4. Payroll and Attendance Management

  • Overseeing time and attendance systems.

  • Ensuring accurate salary processing.

  • Handling statutory deductions such as PF, ESI, and professional tax.

5. Training and Development

  • Identifying training needs across departments.

  • Organizing skill development sessions and workshops for employees.

  • Creating leadership development programs for future managers.

6. Performance Management

  • Driving the appraisal process in alignment with company goals.

  • Designing performance improvement plans.

  • Rewarding and recognizing talent to encourage high performance.


Qualifications and Skills Required

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled HR professional with the following qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Management, or related field.

  • Experience: 4–6 years of experience in HR functions, preferably in manufacturing or food processing sectors.

  • Skills:

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software.

    • Knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.

    • Ability to multitask and handle employee relations effectively.
