Job Descriptions & Skills
Team Member – Packing
Skills Required: Expertise in qualification for device packing and Cartridge line Auto Cartonator. Experience in Leak Detecting Machine, Pouch Packing, and Case Packer.
Team Member – Manufacturing
Skills Required: Handling Filling operations of PFS, Cartridges, Complex Injectable/Peptide Compounding, Isolators, Vial Wash, Tunnel, Lyophilizer, Autoclave, Aseptic operations. USFDA regulatory environment experience is a must.
Team Member – Engineering
Skills Required: Utility, Water systems, instrumentation, Process control. Process Area maintenance (Manufacturing Vessels, Filling machines, Autoclave, Isolators, Lyophilization).
Team Member – Quality Control
Skills Required: Handling HPLC, GC, KF instrument, IR, UV, Chemical Analysis. cGMP, GDP, Stability knowledge. USFDA regulatory environment and process experience is a must.
Qualifications & Experience
- Team Member – Packing: Diploma/BTech (Mechanical, Instrumentation, Electrical) (Minimum 60%), 3-8 years experience.
- Team Member – Manufacturing: Diploma/BTech (Engineering) (Minimum 60%), 3-8 years experience.
- Team Member – Engineering: Diploma/BTech (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics & Instrumentation) (Minimum 60%), 3-8 years experience.
- Team Member – Quality Control: MSc (Minimum 60%), 3-8 years experience.
