System Administration & Support: Manage servers, databases, networks, ERP, LIMS, MES, and SCADA.
Compliance & Data Integrity: Maintain GAMP, ALCOA+ standards, and CFR Part 11 compliance.
Cybersecurity: Implement risk assessments, patch management, and protective measures.
User Support & Training: Technical assistance and cybersecurity training for QA, QC, and lab teams.
Vendor Management: Oversee IT vendors, system validations, and installation projects.
