Job Description
Role: HR Executive Jobs
As an HR Executive, you will play a key role in various aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee engagement, training & development, and employee relations.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening candidates for open positions.
- Conducting interviews and assessing candidate suitability.
- Onboarding new employees.
- Managing employee relations and resolving employee concerns.
- Organizing and conducting training programs.
- Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with HR policies.
- Working with HR systems and databases.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Knowledge of HR best practices and legal compliance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work in U.S. time zones.
Qualifications
- MBA/MHRM with specialization in Human Resources Management
- Graduates from 2023, 2024, or 2025
