Office Assistants (Multipurpose): 18 – 28 years
Officer Scale I (Assistant Manager): 18 – 30 years
Officer Scale II (Manager): 21 – 32 years
Officer Scale III (Senior Manager): 21 – 40 years

Educational Qualification
Office Assistants (Multipurpose): Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager): Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Preference: Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, IT, Management, Law, Economics, Accountancy).
Officer Scale-II (General Banking Officer): Bachelor’s degree with minimum 50% marks (Preference: Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture, IT, Law, Economics, Accountancy).
Officer Scale-II (Specialist Officers):
IT Officer – Bachelor’s in IT/Computer Science/Electronics.
Chartered Accountant – CA certification.
Law Officer – Degree in Law with 50% marks.
Treasury Manager – CA/MBA in Finance.
Marketing Officer – MBA in Marketing.
Agriculture Officer – Bachelor’s in Agriculture/related fields with 50% marks.
Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager): Bachelor’s degree with 50% marks (Preference: Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture, IT, Law, Economics, Accountancy).
