Position Details
Title: Remote Pharmacy Technician Trainee
During Training (For Pharmacy Graduates):
- Comprehensive on-the-job training
- Opportunity to build foundational skills in prescription processing and healthcare operations
On Confirmation:
- Pharmacy Graduates: ₹15,000 stipend per month during training; full-time salary package of ₹2,70,000 per annum
- Other Graduates: Full-time salary package of ₹1,75,200 per annum
Key Responsibilities
- Prescription Processing: Accurately process prescriptions for US pharmacies.
- Record Maintenance: Organize and maintain patient prescription records.
- Communication: Demonstrate proficiency in both written and verbal English.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the project team and team lead to ensure the highest quality of work.
- Technical Skills:
- Minimum typing speed of 30+ WPM with accuracy
- Familiarity with drug names and basic medical terms
- Basic MS Office skills
- Additional Duties: Support daily operations and meet strict deadlines.
