Job Description & Responsibilities
If selected, candidates will be responsible for:
1️⃣ Aseptic Operations
✔️ Understanding and following aseptic techniques in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
2️⃣ Handling Vial, Cartridge, and Ampoule Filling
✔️ Experience in operating filling machines for injectable formulations.
3️⃣ Machine Operations & Maintenance
✔️ Adjusting machine settings as needed to ensure smooth production.
✔️ Performing basic troubleshooting and minor repairs to keep machines running efficiently.
4️⃣ Production & Packaging Changeovers
✔️ Ensuring accurate changeovers in production and packaging based on schedules.
5️⃣ Maintaining Cleanliness & Compliance
✔️ Keeping work areas and equipment clean before and after shifts.
✔️ Following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory guidelines.
6️⃣ Quality Control & Inspection
✔️ Checking vials, cartridges, and ampoules for defects and removing damaged products.
✔️ Ensuring batch records and documentation are completed as per industry standards.
7️⃣ Line Activities in Injectable Manufacturing
✔️ Managing different steps in injectable production, including lyophilization, BFS (Blow-Fill-Seal), and prefilled syringes (PFS).
